Shipping policy

Each piece will be carefully packed and shipped out in the United States using USPS Priority or UPS ground, insured mail within 3 business days of receiving payment, with expected delivery around 2-3 business days.  After a purchase is made, I check the best shipping options for price, and  will refund any overcharges. If you want to be assured quick shipping, say overnight, or in two days, please indicate that in a note when you purchase the item. I have found that current shipping times are not always reliable.

Should your item arrive damaged due to shipping, please save all packing material and items broken exactly as it arrived. Without evidence of damage, UPS and USPS will not offer reimbursement.   Contact me as soon as possible and we can work out the process. I will refund you for your purchase or ship you an exchange item.

All other damage from general use will not be considered for return.
